In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following criteria:
3.1 Registration Process: To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
3.2 One Account Per Person: Each Member is permitted to hold only one active Account. Duplicate accounts will be closed immediately, and any funds or bonuses in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, contact our support team rather than creating a new account.
3.3 Username and Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC): ink304 operates a mandatory KYC policy. You may be required to upload certified copies of identity documents before your first withdrawal is processed. Accepted documents include Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving license, plus proof of residence such as a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address.
3.5 Account Closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. ink304 also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account if we detect fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, breach of these Terms, or misuse of bonuses.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods: ink304 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits: The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. The maximum single deposit is Rp 50,000,000. The minimum withdrawal is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per 24-hour period as displayed in your Account dashboard.
4.3 Processing Times: Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within seconds for e-wallets and within 5 minutes for bank transfers. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during business hours (07:00–23:00 WIB) and within 2 hours outside business hours, subject to successful KYC verification.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions: You may withdraw funds only after completing KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any bonus funds or pending wagering requirements must be cleared before requesting a withdrawal; see Clause 5 for full bonus terms.
4.5 Fees: ink304 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges; these are beyond our control and are the Member's sole responsibility.
4.6 Source of Funds: ink304 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds as part of our anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. You agree to provide bank statements or payslips if requested.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible Members at ink304's sole discretion. Each promotion is governed by specific Bonus Terms published on the relevant promotion page. By activating or claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable Bonus Terms in full.
5.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Only real-money wagers contribute toward wagering requirements; void, cashed-out, or risk-free bets do not count.
5.3 Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute 10%–20%. Full contribution tables are published on each promotion page.
5.4 Bonus Abuse: ink304 operates strict anti-abuse measures. Activities deemed to constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; coordinated betting with other Members; using automated betting systems or bots; and consistently placing opposite-outcome bets (e.g., betting red and black simultaneously on roulette). Any Member found to be abusing bonuses will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their Account may be permanently closed.
5.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonuses: Some bonuses impose a maximum withdrawal cap (e.g., 10x the bonus amount). Any winnings exceeding the stated cap will be removed from your Account balance upon withdrawal.
5.6 Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements typically expire 30 days after activation unless otherwise stated. Expired bonuses and any related winnings are forfeited automatically.
6.1 Accepting Bets: ink304 reserves the right to accept, reject, or limit any wager at our sole discretion. Maximum stake limits apply per event, per market, and per Member as displayed in the betting interface. Stakes exceeding published limits will be automatically reduced.
6.2 Sports Betting Settlement: All sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, the Indonesian Football Association). If an event is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, bets will be settled according to our published Sportsbook Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.3 Live Betting: Odds for live (in-play) markets are updated in real time. A short delay may occur between live action and odds updates due to data transmission times. ink304 is not liable for any discrepancies arising from delayed data feeds.
6.4 Casino Game Integrity: All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently tested by accredited third-party testing agencies. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios and are conducted according to standard casino procedures.
6.5 Disconnections: If you experience a disconnection during a live casino game or sports bet placement, ink304 will honor any bet successfully registered in our system prior to disconnection. Incomplete bets that were not confirmed before disconnection will be void.
6.6 Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of an obvious error (such as incorrect odds display, software malfunction, or data feed failure), ink304 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Members will be notified of any such voids via email or Account notification.
7.1 Commitment: ink304 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a way to make money or solve financial problems. We provide tools to help you stay in control of your gaming activity.
7.2 Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your Account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately for decreases and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases.
7.3 Session Time Reminders: You can activate session time reminders to alert you when you have been logged in for a specified duration (e.g., 60 or 120 minutes).
7.4 Self-Exclusion: If you feel your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. 7.5 Underage Gambling: ink304 has zero tolerance for underage gambling. Any Member found to be under 21 will have their Account closed immediately, and all funds and winnings will be forfeited.

10.1 Service Availability: While ink304 strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. ink304 is not liable for any loss resulting from downtime, data transmission delays, or technical failures.
10.2 Indirect Losses: To the fullest extent permitted by law, ink304 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
10.3 Maximum Liability: In no event shall ink304's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
10.4 Force Majeure: ink304 shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, telecommunications failure, power outage, or cyberattack.
ink304 is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect, store, and process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We will never sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected]. Note that deletion of your data may require closure of your Account.
ink304 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.
13.1 Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ink304 is licensed and regulated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13.2 Jurisdiction: You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction.
